Eligibility for Returns
Personalised Items:
Due to the unique nature of personalised gifts, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customised with personalisation details (e.g., names, dates, images) unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Personalised Items:
For non-personalised items, such as accessories or packaging, you may be eligible for a return within 14 from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Returns Procedure
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a personalised item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 3 of receiving the item. Non-Personalised Items:
If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please contact our customer service team within 3 of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for the item to be picked up at no cost to you.
Non-Personalised Items:
For returns of non-personalised items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Non-Personalised Items:
Upon receiving the returned non-personalised item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for personalised items. If you would like a different personalisation, you will need to place a new order.
